Lack of Accountability at Leas Cross is UnacceptableProfessor Des O’Neill’s Report on the appalling level of care at Leas Cross highlights a situation that – at no time – should have been possible to exist. The Northern Area Health Board, the HSE and Government failed dismally in their duty of care and this report highlights how exceptionally poor levels of transparency and accountability can quickly lead to the ruination of human lives.
