Making a complaint - Your options
If you have eaten or purchased food that is unfit or not to a satisfactory standard, if you are not happy with an establishment's hygiene standards or if you find a foreign object in your food, make a complaint. There are several avenues open to you but your should act quickly as your rights reduce with time. |
